Qualified Forest Program (QFP)

How Do I enroll in qfp?
  • This is a tax incentive program that can translate into savings on your property taxes.
  • Landowners must have at least  20 and no more than 640 forested acres/ taxable unit.
  • The program can eliminate up to 18 mills of school tax and has some taxable value capping ability.
