 Notes: There is some high quality oak present. The landowner wants to thin the forest but not take too much out, they will work with the consultant to select trees. The landowner understands they will need to cut enough to make the sale marketable. Landowner resides on parcel.
 The topography is moderately rolling. Access is good.
